Many times seo companies will promise you listings on the top search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) within the top ten pages and some of them even promise the first page!  The algorithms used to create the ability for you to show up on these pages are changed on a regular bases.  So what does that mean to you?  That means one day you will be on one page and then the next you will be somewhere else!  So how do the search engine optimization companies justify their compensation?
